Most posture products ask you to buy and wear yet another gadget. AirPosture uses the motion sensors already inside AirPods Pro and Max: CoreMotion's CMHeadphoneMotionManager streams head orientation in real time, and the moment you start slouching the app nudges you back. It's a true multi-platform Apple product, not a single iPhone build — a native iPhone app, a standalone Apple Watch app with haptic nudges, a full macOS app for desk work, and Lock/Home-Screen widgets with Live Activities, all sharing state through WatchConnectivity. An AI coach reasons over your own tracking history rather than generic tips, and guided front/side photo assessments chart visible progress over weeks. The architecture is deliberately offline-first, so tracking keeps working with no connection and no privacy trade-off.
